CARE

To preserve the handcrafted wash finish of your SCAR_ASH TEE:

  • Wash inside out.
  • Cold machine wash on a gentle cycle.
  • Wash separately or with similar dark colours.
  • Do not bleach.
  • Do not tumble dry.
  • Hang dry naturally in the shade.
  • Cool iron on the reverse side only.
  • Do not iron directly over the screen print or washed areas.
  • Do not dry clean.
  • Avoid excessive washing to maintain the garment’s colour, texture, and print quality.

Note: Each garment is individually treated using a handcrafted wash process. Variations in wash pattern, shade, texture, and print appearance are intentional design characteristics that make every piece unique and should not be considered defects.

  • Delivery across India typically takes 5–7 business days.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns and exchanges are accepted within 15 days of delivery.
  • Size exchanges are completely free. If the fit isn’t right, we’ll exchange it at no additional cost.
  • Once your request is submitted, our team will review it and respond via email within 24 hours.
  • If approved, a free reverse pickup will be arranged within 24–48 hours.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
  • All original tags and packaging must be intact.

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed within 1–5 business days after the returned item successfully passes our quality inspection.
