  • Wash inside out.
  • Cold machine wash on a gentle cycle.
  • Wash separately or with similar dark colours.
  • Do not bleach.
  • Do not tumble dry.
  • Hang dry naturally in the shade.
  • Cool iron on the reverse side only.
  • Do not iron directly over the washed or textured areas.
  • Do not dry clean unless handled by a specialist familiar with premium denim.
  • Avoid excessive washing to preserve the garment’s texture, colour, and character.

Note:

Every GRIMWASH DENIM is individually washed and finished by hand. Variations in fading, texture, colour tone, and wash pattern are intentional design characteristics that make every piece unique and should not be considered defects.

  • Orders are dispatched within 24-48 hours.
  • Delivery across India typically takes 5–7 business days.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns and exchanges are accepted within 15 days of delivery.
  • Size exchanges are completely free. If the fit isn’t right, we’ll exchange it at no additional cost.
  • Once your request is submitted, our team will review it and respond via email within 24 hours.
  • If approved, a free reverse pickup will be arranged within 24–48 hours.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
  • All original tags and packaging must be intact.

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed within 1–5 business days after the returned item successfully passes our quality inspection.
